[VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR, PHILIPPINES]▬ Typhoon Lando's force is not enough to vanquish our strong faith. The nature may have its dangers but the nature also has its ways to recover itself and make it better.

#VIGAN
This is not the strongest typhoon I experienced. Suddenly, this idea popped out from nowhere to document the things I'm doing and I encounter during a typhoon. We are lucky we were not devastated. Electricity was present although the internet connection was intermittent. I just stayed home until boredom struck. The weather was not too harsh to consider roaming around unsafe so I took some photos around, had food tripping home and dined out in a restaurant.

The first thing I did is to take PHOTOS OF THE MACRO WORLD

while they are wet. Ever since I owned a camera, I've always loved capturing photos of algae, snails, wet leaves and rain drops and just anything else up close while they are naturally wet. Seeing them while doing it just exudes nostalgia and I love that feeling.

So I documented what's happening around this day and the rainy day has a different charm. Still, boredom struck, I went to the city center to spend the rainy day inside a cafe. I landed to BIGUEÑOS CAFÉ

Well, another typhoon has passed and here, I'm sharing the memories. I'm writing about this because I would like to read this back in the future and look back for the things that have happened. Whether it's a good or bad memory, still, they work together to teach us a lesson and make everyone a resilient, better person.▬ end
